While every aspect of the experience was enjoyable, the highlight was participating in the "Pack for a Purpose" initiative, where we delivered much-needed supplies to a local nursing home. Seeing the residents' smiles, gratitude, and heartfelt appreciation made the entire trip truly meaningful and rewarding. From the moment we registered, you made the experience seamless and stress-free. Your consistent communication kept us informed of every required document and travel requirement, and your patience in guiding us through each step of the process was greatly appreciated. Even upon our arrival, you remained attentive and accommodating, quickly addressing special requests to ensure everyone was comfortable. We had a great time! The resort was beautiful and everything was well thought out and went as planned. The excursion was fun and there was something for everyone. The jazz brunch was chef's kiss! I cant wait for our next trip together! Markgetta did an amazing job!

We recently traveled to Punta Cana and the trip was amazing; we had a wonderful time! Langford Travel Agency did an exceptional job planning this vacation. Their monthly/weekly recurring communications leading up to the day of travel, and updates throughout our time on the resort were the best that I have ever experienced from a travel agency. My husband and I were well informed and prepared to travel to the DR; a place we have never been before. The extra attention to details was greatly appreciated, their information was prompt on all aspects of the trip, transportation to and from the airport, the excursions, brunch, spa, golfing, and the resort restaurants. The resort facilities and services were the best! We will use this company again to plan future vacations for our family!

We had a great experience. This was a 30th Anniversary Trip for my Sorority Sisters and we decided to join with another group that was traveling to the same location. Langford Travel Agency was excellent in the fact that the communication was great and we had no problems. They were very responsive and the trip was well organized. The only negative was the resort, which is not a reflection on Langford Travel Agency. We stayed at The Grand Palladium in Punta Cana. The food at the resort was mediocre and the rooms need an upgrade. We experienced some unprofessionalism in 2 of the restaurants and it was difficult to make reservations, forcing you to eat at the buffet. But the shining light was Langford Travel Agency. They made the trip worthwhile! I will definitely book with this agency again and highly recommend them.

Langford Travel LLC provided excellent service for our group trip to Punta Cana, DR. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort, the meals on property, the planned activities and the fellowship and camaraderie within our group. The outing at LaHacienda Park was so much fun. We went horseback riding, sky lifting, zip lining, and dune buggy riding. Not bad for folks mostly in our 40's, 50's and 60's (smile)!!! Mrs. Langford also planned a service project for us to participate in, which for me, was the capstone. I wasn't expecting to feel so emotional when we visited a nursing home facility and delivered personal items to the residents. Everything was planned to a "T" and executed with excellence. I will certainly travel with Langford Travel again and again!
